GRILLING DECK WITH CUSTOM PLANTER
Recover designed and built this roof deck with function and comfort in mind. The previous roof was an unused space with an exposed waterproof membrane, accessible from the residence via an external staircase. Hardwood decking and custom garden planters now transform the roof into a vibrant, inviting outdoor space.
In addition to the decking and planters, Recover also designed and installed a grilling station with custom kitchen cabinetry and countertops. Herbs fill the planters on the nearest wall for easy access from the grilling station, and electric outdoor wall heaters and gas firetable make this roof deck a year-round location for socializing, grilling, and relaxing.
