THE MUSE LUXURY CONDOS is a LEED Gold Certified multi-unit residential building in the Fort Point neighborhood of Boston’s Innovation District that utilizes energy-efficient heating and cooling methods, features on site bike parking, and offers green cleaning services to residents.
Recover installed a LiveRoof modular tray system on a rooftop lounge common area that minimizes stormwater runoff to the seaport below while protecting the roof membrane from foot traffic and harmful UV rays. The attractive plant palette of sedum and chives provides a lively combination of color and texture on the roof while also providing environmental and functional benefits to the building and surrounding neighborhood.
